We are proud to announce Lena K. Samuelsson, former Editor-in-Chief and CEO of Sweden’s Aftonbladet, the biggest digital news destination in the Nordics. At SoMo Borac, Lena will deliver her lecture “Leadership and culture in the wake of AI”, where she will share insights and lessons from over 30 years of leading newsrooms and media organizations through digital transformations, with a focus on building an innovative culture.
“For journalism, we are living in a decisive moment. If you believe truth matters, now is the time for bold and rapid action,” says Lena, who during her tenure led a major turnaround at Aftonbladet and positioned it as a frontrunner in adopting AI tools.
Today, Lena works as a coach, keynote speaker, and senior advisor for Schibsted and other media groups, and she is also a member of the WAN IFRA Media Freedom Board.

Iva Obrovac, founder of Rokkin Marketing and a Google-certified trainer, will use her talk “Formula for Results” to show how to turn a team into a true success machine – a practical guide for anyone aiming to boost efficiency and deliver outstanding marketing results.
Damjan Dano, founder of Aqtos.com and a key player in the regional tech scene for nearly two decades, will show in his talk “Stop sounding like a polite robot!” that AI doesn’t have to sound like a soulless machine, but rather creative, authentic – and with a human touch.
