In this session, she will discuss the AI Act, the world’s first comprehensive, human-centric AI law, which bans unacceptable risks, enforces transparency, and holds AI systems accountable, putting citizens before profit.

Ivan Roje, CEO of Parra, will talk about upcoming changes for entrepreneurs, including Fiscalization 2.0, which takes effect on January 1, 2026.
