How do you capture attention? What is it actually worth? And what happens to a great idea when people, processes, and organizations get in its way?
The third wave of SoMo Borac 2026 speakers brings three new perspectives on some of the biggest questions facing marketing and the digital industry today. Ana Milićević, Matej Sever, and Peđa Rađenović will take the stage at Tvornica kulture on October 23 to talk about attention, measurement, brands, and the very human side of marketing that can’t be solved with another algorithm.
Ana Milićević, Chief Digital Officer @ L’Oréal Adria Balkan, approaches attention from the perspective of an industry where competition for it is particularly intense.
In her talk, How to Capture Attention in the World of Beauty, she’ll share practices for earning attention regardless of budget size, as well as approaches to tracking, measuring, and evaluating it.
Matej Sever, Head of Social & Market Research @ Algebra and Audience Measurement Lead @ HUDI, puts the attention economy under the microscope in If You’re Everywhere, You’re Nowhere: How Much Attention Does an Impression Actually Buy?
He’ll compare what an impression really means on social platforms versus local publisher websites, look at the point where attention starts translating into impact, and explore why trust changes the equation.
In Surviving the Human Algorithm, Peđa Rađenović, Brand Expert & Founder @ WTNV, will explore why strong ideas die inside client organizations, how the gap between physical and digital experiences gives agencies a unique view of the entire customer journey, and what actually keeps clients coming back.
In a world overflowing with content, channels, data, and algorithms, how do you create something people notice, and that actually makes an impact?
We’ll be looking for answers on October 23 at Tvornica kulture in Zagreb, at the 14th edition of SoMo Borac powered by Aleph.
Tardy Bird is the final discounted ticket wave for this year’s SoMo Borac. Until September 30, tickets are €179. From October 1, the full ticket price will be €249.
