In the fourth episode, new host <\/span>Ivanka Mabi\u0107 Gagi\u0107<\/b>, Executive Director of Httpool by Aleph in Croatia, sits down with <\/span>Hajdi \u0106enan<\/b> – Co-founder and CEO of airt, an AI startup focused on predictive analytics and AI agents in business processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hajdi is also the President of Cro Startup, Vice President of CroAI, and Croatia\u2019s representative in the European Startup Network. She actively promotes gender equality as the founder of PWN Croatia and is listed among the 100 most influential STEM entrepreneurs in Croatia.<\/span><\/p>\n

She admits that her entry into the tech industry was accidental, much like her start in the media. Throughout her career, she realized that her passion lies not in a specific field, but in challenges, learning, and staying constantly engaged.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hajdi shares that she dove headfirst into the world of artificial intelligence, which led to a collaboration with <\/span>Davor Runje<\/b>, an experienced software engineer, computer scientist, and serial entrepreneur.<\/span><\/p>\n

In conversation with Ivanka, she explains how AI agents automate business processes, save time, and increase efficiency, while emphasizing that human oversight remains essential.
